NATIONAL CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS
The first constitution, establishing the Alpha Chapter at Yale University, was written by Louis Manigault (the Old Gal's principal founder) in 1845. The first national constitution was adopted in 1907, when Marietta and Yale came together to form the National Fraternity. SInce then, the Fraternity's Constitution and Bylaws have been updated continuously. The traditionally occurs at the Fraternity's biennial Grand Chapter

GRAND COUNCIL POLICY HANDBOOK
Like all boards, the Fraternity's Grand Council (a.k.a. Board of Directors) follows a policy book. This policy book is updated on an annual basis and is what is used to hold the President/Chief Executive Officer and the Grand Council accountable to its members and strategic partners.

NATIONAL STRATEGIC PLAN
